Plaintiff Manik Gong appealed to the local union council village court to obtain the proprietorship of the proprietor in his Jyot source. Following the petition of the plaintiff, the complainant gave notice to appear in the village court along with the paper of land. Examining the paper in both sides, it was observed that the defendant Abdullah Gong occupied 20 percent of the land. According to the decision of the village court, 20 percent of the land was given to the plaintiff to be disposed of. But if the mourners, the plaintiff disobeyed the decision of the village court and the plaintiff's land was forcibly occupied by the bog. The matter was therefore passed on to the Hon'ble Citizens' Court for settlement of justice. We will be grateful to the court if the honorable court resolves the dispute.
